PLACEHOLDER — A 3/2 home off Federal Highway suffered a dishwasher supply-line failure around 11pm. By the time the homeowner discovered the leak, the kitchen, dining room, and two hallways had standing water, with visible wicking up the baseboards and saturation of the cabinet kick plates.
PLACEHOLDER — Our emergency crew arrived in 47 minutes with a truck-mounted extractor. The team pulled 48 gallons of water, removed saturated baseboards and cabinet toe-kicks for drying access, set up containment, and deployed air movers plus LGR dehumidifiers for 72-hour monitored drying.
