PLACEHOLDER — A 2 AM copper pipe burst on the second floor dropped roughly 2 inches of standing water into a finished basement below. Affected areas included luxury vinyl plank flooring, a built-in media cabinet, and two interior walls.
PLACEHOLDER — Our on-call crew arrived in 45 minutes with truck-mounted extractors. The team set up a full containment perimeter, removed wet-affected LVP for drying access, flood-cut the lower 16 inches of drywall on affected walls, and ran LGR dehumidifiers for monitored drying.
