PLACEHOLDER — A property manager flagged a persistent musty odor in a Class B office suite. Thermal and moisture readings traced the issue to a long-running condensation drip behind a break-room wall. Roughly 320 sq ft of drywall was affected.
PLACEHOLDER — We built full containment with negative air, performed after-hours demo to minimize tenant disruption, HEPA-vacuumed cavities, applied antimicrobial, dried framing to spec, and coordinated with the plumbing contractor to correct the source.
