PLACEHOLDER — A slow roof leak around a plumbing boot went undetected for months in a two-story single-family home. Visible Stachybotrys and Cladosporium colonies had developed on approximately 180 sq ft of decking and rafter faces.
PLACEHOLDER — We built full containment around the affected attic zone, ran HEPA air scrubbers at negative pressure, manually removed visible growth via HEPA vacuuming and wire brushing, applied EPA-registered antimicrobial, and encapsulated the wood surfaces.
