SMS Terms & Conditions

Palm Build ("Palm Build," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS/MMS text-messaging program for customers, prospects, and other individuals who provide their mobile phone number to Palm Build. Messages are sent through our messaging platform provider (currently Twilio) and may also be initiated or assisted by our AI chat and AI voice assistants. Program messages include: • Appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling • Callback requests and dispatch/arrival updates • Estimate, work-authorization, change-order, and invoice notifications • Emergency and safety alerts related to your property or project • Service updates and follow-up communications • Occasional promotional or informational messages, only if you have opted in

By providing your mobile number to Palm Build — through our website, contact forms, chat, phone, email, in-person interactions, or otherwise — you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Palm Build at that number and provide your PRIOR EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. §227) and applicable state law to be contacted at that number using an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, AI voice assistant, and/or SMS/MMS text messages. Consent to receive marketing texts is NOT a condition of purchasing any Palm Build good or service.

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your project, your scheduling activity, and how you interact with us. During active projects or emergency mitigation, message frequency may be higher.

Message and data rates may apply. Palm Build does not charge you a fee to receive our messages, but your mobile carrier may. Please contact your carrier for details.

You may opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any marketing message from Palm Build. You may also reply with END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After opting out you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further marketing SMS from Palm Build at that number. You will still receive transactional, scheduling, and safety-related SMS necessary to deliver Services you have requested. To stop those messages as well, contact us directly (see "Help" below) and we will honor your request to the extent it does not conflict with delivering the Services you have requested.

Palm Build's SMS program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their MVNO partners. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be delayed or undeliverable due to factors outside of our or your carrier's control (for example, network availability, roaming, or device settings).

Mobile numbers, SMS/MMS opt-in data, and consent information are treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy-policy. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS/MMS opt-in consent data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing to subcontracted service providers that support our own messaging program (such as our messaging platform provider, currently Twilio) is permitted only to deliver the messages you have requested.

Some SMS/MMS messages may be drafted, sent, or replied to with the help of our AI chat or AI voice assistants. AI-generated messages are provided for convenience and general information only, are not professional, legal, or insurance advice, and do not create a binding agreement, estimate, or authorization. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to enroll in Palm Build's SMS program. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll that number.

Palm Build may modify or terminate this SMS program or these SMS Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by SMS or on this page. Continued participation after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the change.
