Their professional (Karlo) came out the same day I called and gave me a thorough assessment and recommendation. He explained the entire process required for the resolution of my problem, both accurately and honestly. Rest assured. Your issue will be resolved to your satisfaction. JULY 2026 I’d like to ADD to my above review now that all the work has been completed. Mike Gunshinan and his entire crew are exceptional! The mold remediation went smoothly, along with the replacement of the drywall. I went ahead and added the repainting of the interior of my home and the outcome was superior! The entire crew showed up on time each day, worked diligently and cleaned up after themselves each day. I had been told about the horrors of dealing with General Contactors, but I can assure you that you will NOT encounter those issues with Palm Build. I will happily recommend them to my family and friends and they will be the first company I will call for any future work I may need! FIVE STARS!

I’m naturally very skeptical when dealing with contractors, especially when it comes to insurance claims. Palm Build was very professional from the beginning and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. They were patient, easy to work with, and even willing to make accommodations to ensure I felt comfortable and secure with the process. I never felt like my questions were a bother, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. Based on my experience, they were professional, courteous, and easy to deal with.

Just beginning the process of getting it all ripped out. However it has been going smooth. Everyone of ther people are professional and hard workers. I am pleased so far and would recommend them. Everything dry and getting better. Ethan and the worker with him did their part very well.

We found a leak coming from our upstairs hallway bathroom. Palm Build was referred to us. They have been extremely nice and have provided exceptional service. Brandon and Yorman arrived today to my home to start on demo and they were great.

Palm Build was prompt and efficient in getting to work on my mitigation after a plumbing leak. Cesar was great doing the initial assessment and then Brandon and Yorman did great work removing all affected areas along with the sanitizing and drying. Brandon explained everything well at the first moisture check and was helpful in setting up a time to come back.

I had water damage in one area of ​​my house, and Eric and Osvaldo came to set up the equipment to dry the walls... They were very professional and very friendly. I had several questions, and they explained everything in detail and with expertise! So far, I am very satisfied with the service from Palm Build.

The company came out to replace a dehumidifier that had malfunctioned. Still too early to give a better rating. Drying unit had stopped working sometime last night. After second phone call the technician came out by 1100 am. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and addressed our concerns. As of 1 July all the mold removal completed and just waiting on inspection

For The guys came over here today Wednesday, July 1 was very nice and professional. I really appreciate them.

A special shout out to Brandon & Yorman..they came in did good job remained professional and answered the questions I had.picked up equipment and cleaned the space. The project manager Cesar was also helpful.. I’d hire that same crew again.
