"We had a dishwasher leak, which caused extensive mold problems. The Palm Build did a great job of demolition, containment, and mold remedy. The technicians set up the insulation did a great job, so were the demolition and mold treatment. Thank you Josbert and Freddy, and another guy who did set up of insulation. The only problem is lack of communication and notifications. We often get a notification the night before or same day for technician to come. On Dec. 26 and Jan. 2nd, I called office and no one answered the phone and no one responded my messages because we would like to know the plan so we could be available to them. Otherwise, they did a great job."
