Why Partner With Us

Built for trade partners who want to stay building

We handle the homeowner, the adjuster, and the paperwork. You bring the crew and the craft.

A steady pipeline, not one-off jobs

Insurance-funded rebuilds keep coming through hurricanes, floods, and fires — our trade partners stay booked when retail remodel work dries up.

Approved scopes before you mobilize

Every work order ships with an adjuster-approved Xactimate scope. You know exactly what you're building and what it pays before your crew rolls.

Predictable pay, in writing

Net pay terms are spelled out in your trade partner agreement and honored on every invoice. No chasing checks, no "when the homeowner pays us" games.

One PM, one phone number

The same Palm Build project manager runs the job from demo to final walkthrough. Questions get answered by someone who knows the file — not a call center.

Work near your home base

Tell us your metros and travel radius. We route work orders to crews that are already close, so windshield time stays low and margins stay high.

Grow as we grow

Palm Build is scaling across FL, NC & SC. Reliable partners get first call on bigger scopes, emergency rates, and new-market expansion work.

FAQ Topics

Pay & Work Orders

Pay terms are written into your trade partner agreement before your first job — typically net terms from approved invoice, paid by check or ACH. Because our reconstruction work is insurance-funded and scoped before mobilization, you're not waiting on a homeowner's personal budget or a draw schedule that slips. Invoice against the approved scope, and the clock starts.
