PLACEHOLDER — A stove-top grease fire was contained by the homeowner, but soot and smoke had already spread throughout the first floor. Upper cabinets and the range hood were charred beyond salvage; walls, ceilings, and contents were coated in oily residue.
PLACEHOLDER — We established containment, removed non-salvageable materials, performed soot removal on all affected surfaces, deployed thermal fogging and hydroxyl generation for odor, and rebuilt the upper cabinets and hood matching the original finish.
