PLACEHOLDER — High winds from a passing tropical system blew out two second-story bedroom windows, driving rain into the interior for roughly 2 hours before the homeowner could tarp the openings. Water had saturated carpet, baseboards, and portions of drywall.
PLACEHOLDER — We arrived for emergency board-up the same day, extracted standing water, removed affected carpet and padding, set up structural drying, and coordinated with a glass contractor for permanent window replacement.
